We are seeking someone with experience in collision repair, bodywork, and automotive refinishing who takes pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail.</p><p><b><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></b></p><ul><li>Repair collision and body damage on vehicles</li><li>Perform dent repair, panel replacement, sanding, masking, and prep work</li><li>Prepare vehicles and surfaces for paint</li><li>Mix and apply paint to manufacturer standards</li><li>Buff, polish, and finish painted surfaces</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized workspace</li><li>Inspect completed repairs to ensure high-quality results</li><li>Work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment</li></ul><p><b><strong>Requirements:</strong></b></p><ul><li>Previous experience in automotive body and paint work</li><li>Knowledge of body repair equipment and paint systems</li><li>Strong attention to detail and workmanship</li><li>Ability to work independently and within a team</li><li>Valid driver's license preferred</li><li>Punctual, reliable, and hardworking</li></ul><p><b><strong>What We Offer:</strong></b></p><ul><li>Competitive pay based on experience</li><li>Full-time opportunity</li><li>Supportive work environment</li><li>Long-term growth potential</li></ul><p><br /></p></div></div>- Location Ajax, ONL1S 2G2
