*Overview* We are seeking an experienced and dynamic *Restaurant Manager* to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of food service and hospitality, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, and uphold high standards of food safety and quality. *Duties* * Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, serving, and food handling to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met. * Manage team members through interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. * Oversee POS systems such as Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently. * Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness. * Handle cash handling procedures with accuracy and integrity. * Monitor customer service levels to ensure a positive dining experience for all guests. * Coordinate with kitchen staff on food preparation and kitchen operations to optimize workflow. * Maintain inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and manage vendor relationships. * Enforce restaurant policies, health codes, and safety procedures to create a safe environment for staff and guests. * Lead by example in hospitality, leadership, and professionalism to foster a motivated team environment. *Qualifications* * Proven experience in restaurant management or food service roles with supervisory responsibilities. * Strong background in food industry operations including food preparation, cooking, serving, and food handling. * Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms. * Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence. * Demonstrated leadership abilities in team management, supervising staff, interviewing candidates, and training new employees. * Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations. * Experience with kitchen operations and food industry best practices. * Previous hotel or barista experience is a plus but not required. * Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. * Exceptional communication skills combined with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
