*Overview* We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Concrete Finisher to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience in concrete finishing, masonry, and related trades, with a strong understanding of blueprint reading and construction processes. This role involves working on various projects including commercial, residential, and restoration sites, ensuring high-quality finishes and adherence to safety standards. *Duties* * Finish concrete surfaces using hand tools and power tools to achieve smooth, level, and durable results * Install rebar and formwork according to schematics and blueprints, ensuring structural integrity * Operate heavy equipment safely for concrete placement and finishing tasks * Perform masonry work, including caulking, flooring installation, and restoration projects * Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to execute project specifications accurately * Assist with concrete forming, welding, carpentry, and other related construction activities as needed * Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment to support project requirements * Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris properly * Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining safety standards *Skills* * Mechanical knowledge relevant to construction tools and equipment operation * Proficiency in rebar installation, concrete forming, and masonry techniques * Experience with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and flooring installation * Ability to read schematics and blueprints effectively for precise execution of tasks * Strong understanding of construction safety protocols and procedures * Knowledge of restoration techniques and renovation processes within the construction industry * Skilled in caulking, concrete finishing, heavy lifting, and general carpentry skills * Ability to operate heavy machinery safely in a construction environment * Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on quality workmanship and safety compliance This position offers an opportunity for experienced professionals committed to craftsmanship in the concrete finishing trade.
