We are committed to supporting you throughout your job search and at every stage of your career.</p> <strong>Mission</strong> <p>I am looking for an accounts payable technician for a construction company located in Sainte-Marguerite-du-Lac-Masson <br> <br>Here are the tasks to be performed: <br>-Manage the entire accounts payable cycle <br>-Enter and validate invoices from suppliers and subcontractors <br>-Verify that orders, receipts, and invoices match <br>-Analyze project cost variances <br>-Track payments and due dates <br>-Process payments (wire transfers, checks, etc.) <br>-Manage supplier relationships and disputes <br>-Collaborate with project managers on cost tracking <br>-Contribute to the improvement of accounting processes (ERP) <br>-Participate in the preparation of monthly financial data <br>-Ensure the compliance of records for audits <br>-Other related tasks</p> <strong>Your profile</strong> <p>What we?re looking for: <br>-DEP or DEC in accounting <br>-At least 3-5 years of experience <br>-Experience in a multi-project environment (construction) <br>-Knowledge of an ERP system (e.g., Avantage, Acumatica, or similar) <br> <br>What we offer: <br>-A salary between $55,000 and $68,000 <br>-1 to 2 days of remote work <br>-Group insurance <br>-Flexible schedule</p> <br><br>- Location Sainte-Marguerite-du-Lac-Masson, QC
