As a Maximum technician, you will gain extensive knowledge and experience in the service, installation and maintenance of countless forms of commercial and residential HVAC equipment and their associated systems. A typical day on the job would include but not be limited to: * Responding to service requests across the Maximum client portfolio. Exercise your trade expertise to perform diagnostics, repairs and solutions for HVAC equipment and systems. * Performing service and maintenance on HVAC systems across our vast portfolio of jobsites. * Working in concert with management, office staff, and fellow field level workers to deliver valuable service to our clients. Furthermore, all Maximum employees receive competitive wages, employee benefits, RRSP contributions, training opportunities, and most importantly, work/life balance. *The ideal candidate would have the following:* * 3rd Year Apprentice to Journeyman Refrigeration & AC Mechanic * Commercial service experience including but not limited to rooftop units, makeup air systems, split systems, boilers and heat pumps * Service and troubleshooting skills * Valid Class 5 Driver?s License with a Clean Record * A positive attitude with emphasis on teamwork * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills including customer relations and paperwork.
