*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. *Responsibilities* * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner. * Utilize strong phone etiquette to create positive customer interactions. * Telephone reception duties, screening and routing calls * Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and provide effective solutions. * Engage in upselling opportunities by promoting relevant products and services. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry. * Analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery. * Stay informed about product updates and company policies to provide accurate information. * Estimating and order entry * Drafting countertop work order suitable for fabrication *Qualifications* * Proven experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred. * Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly. * Proficiency in data entry and basic computer skills. * Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions. * A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills. * Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
