Recommend or arrange for additional services required such as painting, repair work, renovations or replacement of furnishings and equipment. Assist cleaners in performing duties. Establish work schedules. Supervision: 3-4 people. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Tight deadlines.
