Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Asset languages: Spanish; Castilian. Work setting: Rural area. Remote location. Tasks: Direct agricultural crops deleafing activities. Greenhouse cleaning. Implement soil fertility programs. Organize tasks to accomplish the work. Train seed cutting techniques to farm labourers . Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Maintain quality control and production records. Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations. Maintain work records and logs. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Perform general farm duties. Screening questions: Are you authorized to work in Canada?.
