This position is vital for maintaining our fleet's performance and safety standards, contributing directly to our mission of delivering excellence in transportation services. *Responsibilities* * Perform routine maintenance and repairs on trailers and related equipment to ensure optimal performance. * Diagnose mechanical issues and provide effective solutions for repairs. * Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during maintenance tasks. * Conduct inspections to identify potential problems before they escalate. * Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance schedules. * Maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed on trailers. * Maintain both the shop and equipment in an operational, clean, and organized condition. * Perform other duties as required. *Requirements* * Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in trailer repair. * Familiarity with electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques. * Ability to work with various hand tools and power tools safely. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
