*Accounts Payable Clerk ? Ready Mix Concrete Industry* Casey Metro Ltd. is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented *Accounts Payable Clerk* to join our team. We are a fast-paced ready-mix concrete company with over 40 years in the industry, committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. *Responsibilities:* * Process and enter vendor invoices accurately and efficiently * Match purchase orders, delivery slips, and invoices * Prepare and process payments by cheque and EFT * Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies * Maintain organized accounts payable records and filing systems * Communicate professionally with suppliers and internal staff * Assist with month-end accounting procedures and reporting * Support the accounting department with administrative duties as required *Qualifications:* * Previous accounts payable or accounting experience preferred * Experience in the construction, transportation, or ready-mix industry is considered an asset * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to prioritize and manage high-volume workloads * Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office * Professional communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team *What We Offer:* * Competitive compensation based on experience * Stable, full-time position * Supportive team environment * Opportunity to work with a well-established local company If you are dependable, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would like to hear from you.
