Position #: 173135 Expected Start Date: June 15, 2026 Union: SEIU Facility: Crescent View Clinic City/Town: Moose Jaw Department: Home Support Type: Part-time temporary Expected Up to Date: January 09, 2027 FTE: 0.43 Shift Information: Days, Evenings, Weekends Number of Hours per Rotation: Per 6 weeks:- 6 shifts of 5.5 hours- 8 shifts of 8 hoursRelief: No Float: No Hours of Work: Home Care Hours Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band 12 $23.170 to $24.840 (3 step range) Travel Required: Yes Job Description: Provides personal care and activities of daily living for clients/patients/residents to encourage optimum level of functioning. Supports clients/patients/residents in meeting their physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual needs.
