Landscaping is a locally owned and operated landscape construction company based in the Westshore. For nearly 10 years, we?ve specialized in high-end, post-construction landscaping for custom homes throughout Greater Victoria. Job Summary We?re looking for hardworking and reliable Landscape Labourers to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to work on high-end residential projects, develop new skills, and build a long-term career in the landscape construction industry. Experience is an asset, but we?re willing to train the right individual who brings a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Key Responsibilities * Assist with landscape installations, including grading, planting, and hardscape construction * Operate hand tools, wheelbarrows, and small equipment safely and efficiently * Help install irrigation systems and soil preparation * Load, unload, and move materials and equipment as directed * Maintain clean and organized job sites * Follow direction from crew leaders and supervisors to ensure quality and efficiency * Adhere to company safety standards and procedures Qualifications * Experience in landscaping, construction, or outdoor labour is an asset (but not required) * Ability to perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions * Positive attitude and strong work ethic * Reliable transportation to and from job sites * Willingness to learn and grow within the company Why Join Us * $24?$30 per hour, depending on experience * Full-time, year-round employment * Opportunities for advancement into lead and supervisor roles * Supportive and professional work environment * Work on high-end residential projects across Greater Victoria * Be part of a team that values quality, teamwork, and pride in craftsmanship How to Apply We?re looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our team!
