Professionalism in customer service. Receive and relay information to central dispatch. Keep a record of items received and delivered. Prepare, package and restock goods. Accept and deliver messages and packages for events, conferences or assemblies. Load and unload goods. Sort packages for delivery. Follow directions and read map. Use maps and other trip planning aids. Record trip information such as vehicle mileage, fuel costs and any problems. Set appointments for sales team. Perform administrative tasks. Provide customer service. Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Air Brakes Endorsement.
