Previous experience in a similar role is mandatory. Knowledge of </span><strong><span>SERTI</span></strong><span> is considered an asset.</span></p><p><span>This is a </span><strong><span>full-time, permanent position</span></strong><span> and is open to all qualified candidates.</span></p><p><span>We offer a highly competitive compensation plan.</span></p><p><span>The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, opening repair orders, validating warranty coverage, preparing estimates for recommended and necessary repairs and maintenance, and presenting these recommendations to customers.
