Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions. Read blueprint, schemas and drawings. Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements. Plan and manage budgets. Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress. Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control. Develop risk management plans. Prepare reports. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Plan and organize daily operations. Evaluate daily operations . Supervision: More than 20 people. Working groups. Computer operators. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Working at heights training. First Aid Certificate. CPR Certificate. Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate. Fall Arrest Protection Training Course. Specialization or experience: Specialized environmental skills and knowledge. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Driver's validity licence check. Drug test. Reference required. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Willing to travel. Willing to travel regularly. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure. Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots. Hard hat. Cellular phone. Personal suitability: Excellent oral communication. Organized.
