Position #: 177355 Expected Start Date: June 22, 2026 Union: SEIU Facility: Leader and District Integrated Healthcare Facility City/Town: Leader Department: Integrated Nursing Unit Type: Part-time temporary Expected Up to Date: October 28, 2027 FTE: 0.75 Shift Information: Days, Nights, Evenings, Weekends Number of Hours per Rotation: 42 shifts of 8 hours per 12 weeks Relief: No Float: No Hours of work: Standard hours Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band 12 $23.170 to $24.840 (3 step range) Travel Required: No Job Description: Provides personal care and activities of daily living for clients/patients/residents to encourage optimum level of functioning. Supports clients/patients/residents in meeting their physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual needs.
