This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in the vibrant food industry. *Duties* * Supervise daily restaurant operations, including shift management, food preparation, and customer service to ensure a seamless dining experience * Lead and train staff on food handling, safety protocols, POS systems , and customer service excellence * Oversee inventory control, food production, and ordering processes to minimize waste and optimize stock levels * Manage cash handling procedures accurately while maintaining compliance with financial policies * Coordinate kitchen activities such as cooking, food presentation, and ensuring adherence to quality standards in both casual dining and fine dining settings * Support staff recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing training & development initiatives * Enforce health and safety regulations related to food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards *Qualifications* * Proven supervising experience within a quick service or fast-food restaurant environment with strong leadership skills * Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen management practices * Familiarity with POS systems such as for order processing and sales tracking * Experience in inventory control, budgeting, and food management strategies * Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality management and team management * Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and manage shift responsibilities efficiently * Previous experience in restaurant management or hospitality roles including catering, banquet service or hotel experience is highly desirable * Strong communication skills for staff training, interviewing candidates, and ensuring team cohesion * Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance regulations within the food industry Embark on a rewarding journey where your leadership transforms everyday dining into memorable moments!
