We currently service residential homes, luxury properties, and a resort in Lake Country, and we are looking for both full-time and part-time staff who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a supportive team environment. What We Offer * Competitive pay starting at $19.55?$27.00 per hour depending on experience * Flexible full-time and part-time positions available * Supportive and friendly work environment * Consistent hours available * Opportunity for growth within the company * All cleaning supplies and equipment provided * Beautiful homes and properties to work in * Work independently and as part of a team Job Responsibilities * Residential and resort cleaning * Deep cleans and maintenance cleans * Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, kitchens, bathrooms, and detailed cleaning tasks * Following cleaning checklists and company standards * Maintaining professionalism in clients? homes * Working efficiently while providing high-quality service Requirements * Valid driver?s license * Reliable vehicle * Ability to travel between jobs in Vernon, Predator Ridge, and Lake Country, Kelowna and West Kelwona. * Criminal record check required * Strong attention to detail * Reliable, punctual, and professional * Ability to work independently and with a team * Must be physically able to handle cleaning duties throughout the day Experience Cleaning experience is an asset but not required. We are willing to train the right person with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Pay: $17.85-$29.53 per hour Work Location: On the road- Location Okanagan Landing, BC
