Responsibilities * Perform professional massage therapy treatments tailored to individual client needs. * Assess client conditions and discuss treatment goals. * Develop customized treatment plans. * Maintain accurate and confidential client records. * Educate clients on wellness, self-care, and post-treatment recommendations. * Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment. * Ensure all equipment and supplies are sanitized according to health regulations. * Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive client experience. Qualifications * Valid Massage Therapy certification and membership with a recognized professional association. * Professional liability insurance. * Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic massage techniques. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * English required; French is an asset. * Experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
