<p>Agence de Placement Trésor Inc. is recruiting on behalf of one of its clients for a <strong>Production Supervisor</strong> position in a machining environment.</p><p><span>Saint-Laurent, QC</span><br> Salary: <strong>around $75,000 per year</strong><br> Schedule: Monday to Friday ? 8-hour shifts (flexible start time)<br> Permanent, full-time<br> French required (English not mandatory)</p><strong>Role Overview</strong><p>You will oversee production operations, manage a team and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a technical environment.</p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><ul><li>Plan and coordinate team activities</li><li>Supervise production operations and priorities</li><li>Ensure health and safety compliance</li><li>Solve production issues</li><li>Participate in continuous improvement initiatives</li><li>Coach and support team members</li><li>Monitor performance indicators</li></ul><strong>Requirements</strong><ul><li>3?5 years of experience in manufacturing</li><li>Supervisory experience (asset)</li><li>Machining experience (strong asset)</li><li>Knowledge of continuous improvement</li><li>Proactive, resourceful and solution-oriented</li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills</li></ul><p>Apply: <strong>hr8@emploitresor.com</strong></p>- Location Saint-Laurent, QC
