HVAC Service Supervisor | $85,000 to $135,200 per yearPosition Overview: The Service Supervisor provides hands-on, field-based leadership to strengthen how service work is executed across Welldone's operations. This role exists to raise the bar on technical ability, execution of high-quality service and repair work, and customer-facing professionalism in the field.Leadership in this position is demonstrated through technical support, consistent job site presence, and setting other techs up for success.
