We are looking for a professional who thrives in a collaborative environment, takes pride in their craft, and understands that exceptional service is as important as the cuisine itself. *Duties & Responsibilities* *Guest Experience & Service Excellence* * Provide warm, professional, and attentive service from greeting to farewell * Guide guests through the menu with detailed knowledge of ingredients, preparation methods, and daily features * Offer thoughtful wine, cocktail, and beverage recommendations to enhance the dining experience * Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and courteously * Handle special requests, dietary restrictions, and guest concerns with professionalism and care *Menu & Beverage Knowledge* * Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all food and beverage offerings, including wine pairings * Accurately describe Italian dishes, preparation styles, and featured ingredients * Stay informed about seasonal menu changes and daily specials *Service Execution* * Accurately input orders into the POS system and ensure timely delivery of courses * Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to maintain smooth service flow * Properly pace tables to align with kitchen timing and guest expectations * Execute wine service and beverage presentation according to established standards *Team Collaboration* * Communicate clearly and respectfully with kitchen, bar, and fellow service staff * Assist teammates during peak service to ensure overall guest satisfaction * Participate in pre-service meetings and contribute positively to team culture * Prepare and present bills accurately; process payments efficiently *Operational Responsibilities* * Complete opening and closing side duties, including polishing glassware and flatware, stocking service stations, and maintaining cleanliness * Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards * Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance In this role, the Food & Beverage Server is not simply delivering plates ? they are curating an experience rooted in hospitality, attention to detail, and the timeless warmth of Italian dining. * Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to maintain smooth service flow * Properly pace tables to align with kitchen timing and guest expectations * Execute wine service and beverage presentation according to established standards Prepare and present bills accurately; process payments efficiently Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $16.75-$18.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * Life insurance Experience: * food and beverage service: 2 years (preferred) Work Location: In person
