The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to handle various guest inquiries efficiently. *Responsibilities* * Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor. * Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out processes. * Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. * Handle multi-line phone systems, directing calls as necessary while maintaining professional phone etiquette. * Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities. * Process reservations and manage booking systems accurately. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area. * Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences and address any special requests. *Skills* * Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. * Experience in front desk operations or hotel experience is preferred. * Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems effectively. * Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for better communication with diverse guests. * Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to engage with guests professionally. * Knowledge of hospitality best practices and guest services principles. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
