Wiebes Steel Structures (WSS) is heading into a busy 2026 construction season with sites near Regina, SK and in Manitoba. Were a family-owned, fast-growing company specializing in pre-engineered steel building installation, and were looking for skilled workers to join our construction crews! Why you should work with us: Competitive wages & out-of-town shift premiumsComprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance)Paid time offCareer growth & development opportunitiesA positive team culture with company events Position Overview This role involves physical, hands-on work in a fast-paced construction environment.Key Responsibilities: Work with power hand tools, aerial lifts, and telehandlers (if certified) Assist with steel building/metal exterior finishing Perform site maintenance and keep work areas clean and organized Work safely at heights (20-30 feet) and lift heavy materials (50+ lbs) Follow instructions, work with minimal supervision, and be a team player Travel to various job sites across southern Manitoba & other provincesRequirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada (No visa sponsorship available) Valid Class 5 drivers license with a clean abstract Comfortable with physically demanding work & working at heights Willingness to travel for extended periods when necessary (up to 21 days on, 7-10 days off) Certifications preferred (Fall Protection, Aerial Lift, Telehandler, WHMIS, First Aid/CPR) No experience? No problem!
