If you are like-minded and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. *Position Requirements & Skill Set* Applicants should possess the following: * Valid *Smart Serve certification* * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Knowledge of *Japanese cuisine*, including fish, sake, and hot dishes * Familiarity with *Uber Eats* and *SkipTheDishes* platforms * Ability to greet and seat guests professionally * Assist guests with menu selections * Strong teamwork skills, sense of urgency, and responsible attitude * Ability to stand for the duration of shifts * Ability to answer phone calls and take customer orders * Willingness to learn and effectively use our in-house POS system * Ability to pack take-out and delivery orders accurately * Strong multitasking skills * *Korean language skills are an asset but not mandatory* * *Must be available to work all holidays (no exceptions)* This position needs to be filled *immediately*.
