We offer a wide range of benefits:</p><p> Group insurance<br> Simplified Retirement Savings Plan (SRSP)<br> Paid sick leave<br> Free products<br> On-site daycare</p><p> <strong>We?re hiring!</strong><br>We are looking for <strong>motivated individuals</strong>.<br>Do you want to work in a <strong>dynamic, people-focused, and stimulating environment</strong>?</p><p><strong>Apply now!</strong></p> <div>Position</div><p>The <strong>Operator</strong> is responsible for starting up and operating the equipment under their responsibility in accordance with the company?s established operating procedures.</p> <div>Responsibilities</div><ul> <li>Set up, adjust, and fine-tune production equipment;</li> <li>Operate equipment such as <strong>control panels, computer terminals, and monitoring systems</strong>;</li> <li>Monitor indicators, computer readings, and control screens;</li> <li>Perform established <strong>quality tests</strong> and make necessary adjustments;</li> <li>Complete and maintain <strong>production logs and records</strong>;</li> <li>Know and comply at all times with <strong>quality and food safety standards</strong>, <strong>occupational health and safety regulations</strong>, and <strong>company policies</strong>;</li> <li>Assist and support other operators to ensure the proper operation of production equipment;</li> <li>Perform various production-related tasks as assigned by the <strong>supervisor</strong>;</li> <li>Ensure that the <strong>finished product meets the highest quality standards</strong>;</li> <li>Maintain a <strong>clean and safe work environment</strong> at all times;</li> <li>Clean surfaces and equipment using <strong>water and cleaning products</strong>;</li> <li>Rinse surfaces and equipment using <strong>high- and low-pressure water systems</strong>;</li> <li>Clean surfaces and equipment using <strong>prescribed chemicals</strong>, in accordance with established protocols and procedures;</li> <li>Perform daily tasks including, but not limited to: emptying and refilling garbage and recycling bins; restocking hand soap, hand sanitizer, and paper towels; restocking cup dispensers; replenishing and maintaining sanitary supply inventories;</li> <li>Perform any other <strong>related duties</strong>. </li></ul><span><span><span>* The masculine gender is used in this job posting solely to lighten the text.
