*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled Garage Door Installer to join our construction and home improvement team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining garage doors and related systems. This role requires a strong understanding of construction practices, technical skills, and the ability to read schematics and blueprints. The Garage Door Installer will work closely with clients and team members to ensure high-quality service and safety standards are met. Prior experience with hand tools, carpentry, and restoration projects is highly valued. *Responsibilities* * Install new garage doors, openers, and related hardware according to manufacturer specifications and blueprints * Repair and replace damaged or malfunctioning garage door components * Use hand tools such as drills, wrenches, screwdrivers, and caulking guns to complete installations and repairs * Read schematics, blueprints, and schematics to ensure accurate installation procedures * Perform maintenance tasks including lubrication, adjustments, and calibration of garage door systems * Conduct restoration work on existing garage doors, including painting and sealing * Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and building codes * Communicate effectively with clients regarding project scope, timelines, and maintenance needs * Maintain a clean work environment during and after job completion *Requirements* * Proven experience with construction, carpentry, or similar trades preferred * Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in installation and repair tasks * Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately * Knowledge of caulking, painting, plumbing, welding, flooring installation, tile laying, and restoration is a plus * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Ability to lift heavy materials safely and work at heights when necessary * Excellent communication skills for client interaction * Valid driver?s license required for travel between job sites * Prior experience working with schematics or technical drawings is advantageous _*HOW TO APPLY:*_ * Email your Resume at canscapeconstructions@gmail.com * And then send us your Name and experience at +1(226)622-2221 This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic environment while contributing to quality home improvement projects.
