*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef De Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and cooking, with experience in food preparation and handling. As a Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment while adhering to food safety standards. Your expertise will contribute to creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests. *Responsibilities* * Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards * Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment * Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality * Assist in inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies as needed * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours * Adhere to health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean work environment *Experience* * Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting is preferred * Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods * Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices * Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment * Experience in meal preparation, serving, and overall food service is a plus Join our team and bring your culinary skills to life as we create memorable dining experiences for our guests!
