*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide expert patient care, develop personalized treatment plans, and support patients in their recovery process. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic clinical environment, utilizing your expertise to improve patient outcomes across various settings including hospital and outpatient care. The Registered Physiotherapist will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services, emphasizing patient-centered care and evidence-based practices. *Responsibilities* * Assess patients? physical conditions through comprehensive evaluations, including mobility, strength, and functional capacity. * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient?s needs and recovery goals. * Administer therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities. * Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to optimize recovery outcomes. * Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, management strategies, and home exercise programs. * Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment sessions, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations. * Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. * Stay current with advancements in physiotherapy techniques and participate in ongoing professional development. *Experience* * Proven experience working as a Physiotherapist in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred. * Experience with acute care environments is highly desirable. * Background working with pediatric patients is a plus. * Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practice. * Demonstrated ability to deliver patient-centered care with excellent communication skills. * Prior experience in multidisciplinary team collaboration is advantageous. This role requires a licensed Physiotherapist committed to providing exceptional patient care within a fast-paced healthcare environment. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, empathetic, and dedicated to continuous professional growth.
