*Job Overview* Join our dynamic team as a Class A / Class-1 CDL LTL (Less Than Truckload) Linehaul Team Driver and become a vital link in our transportation network! This position offers consistent schedules, the opportunity to work with various trailer types?including refrigerated, flatbed, tanker, and dump trucks?and the chance to showcase your driving skills across diverse freight loads. *Responsibilities* * Safely operate tractor-trailers with manual transmissions across designated routes, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies * Load and unload freight using proper techniques, including forklift operation when necessary * Manage route driving efficiently to meet delivery schedules while maintaining fuel and safety standards * Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck and trailer to ensure vehicle safety and compliance * Handle freight securely in refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, or dump trucks as required for specific loads * Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, and freight documentation in compliance with federal regulations * Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding route updates, delays, or issues encountered during trips *Skills* * Proven experience driving Class A commercial vehicles with manual transmissions in various trailer types such as refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, or dump trucks * Strong knowledge of freight handling including load & unload procedures and securing cargo for safe transport * Skilled in route planning and navigation to optimize delivery times and fuel efficiency * Ability to operate forklifts safely for loading/unloading when necessary * Excellent driving record demonstrating safe tractor-trailer operation over long distances * Familiarity with DOT regulations and compliance standards for commercial trucking * Physical ability to perform duties that may include lifting heavy freight, climbing into trailers, or working in different weather conditions Embark on a journey that combines your driving expertise with a company committed to safety, reliability, and employee growth.
