Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. Work setting: Commercial facility. Tasks: Prepare bills of lading, invoices and other shipping documents. Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents. Maintain internal record-keeping system. Pack goods to be shipped. Unpack goods received. Oversee loading and unloading of goods. Pay and receive payments for goods. Prepare purchase orders. Maintain inventory of supplies. Track and complete work orders. Computer and technology knowledge: Inventory control software. MS Excel. MS Outlook. MS Word. MS Windows. Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Repetitive tasks. Handling heavy loads. Ability to work independently. Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.
