Defensive Driving Course. Driver's License (Class 1 or A). Driver's License (Class 3 or D). First Aid Certificate. Forklift Operator Certification. Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate. Documentation knowledge: Accident or incident reports. Bill of lading. Driver logbook. Inspection report (pre-trip, en-route, post-trip). Type of trucking and equipment: Roll-off truck. Dump truck. Straight truck (4,600kg+ or 10,000lbs+ with 3+ axles). Tractor-trailer.
