Are you a motivated individual with a strong desire to learn and grow within a dynamic environment? Kingwest Dental is seeking a dedicated Dental Receptionist to join our team. While no prior dental knowledge is required, we are looking for someone who is diligent and willing to grow within the team! Key Responsibilities Patient Records & Administration * Accurately transfer, update, and maintain patient records and documentation. * Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with billing and payment inquiries. * Process payments, reconcile daily transactions, and maintain accurate financial records. Patient Reception & Customer Service * Welcome and assist patients in a warm, professional, and friendly manner. * Register new patients and ensure all patient information is complete and up to date. * Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining patient confidentiality. Appointment Coordination & Patient Communication * Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and recalls to optimize clinic efficiency. * Contact patients regarding upcoming appointments, overdue hygiene visits, missed appointments, and pending treatment plans. * Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries. * Address patient concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate. Insurance Administration * Prepare and submit insurance documentation, including claim submissions and treatment estimates. * Obtain and review insurance benefit breakdowns. * Follow up on outstanding claims, pre-authorizations, and insurance inquiries to ensure timely resolution. *Requirements:* * Willingness to Learn: No previous dental background needed, but a strong desire to grow and develop new skills. * Attention to Detail: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Professionalism: A positive attitude and professional demeanor. *Benefits:* * Career Growth: Clear path for advancement within the company. * Learning Opportunity: Gain valuable experience and knowledge in a professional dental setting * Long-Term Stability: Secure a role with potential for significant future earnings and career development Starting compensation will be based on previous dental reception and administrative experience.
