Eagle Creek Medical Clinic is seeking a highly experienced, organized, and energetic *Medical Office Assistant (MOA)* to join our team supporting a busy physicians? practice. Our clinic serves predominantly complex patients, so we are looking for someone who is exceptionally patient, detail-oriented, and confident in managing diverse and often demanding medical needs. This position is available immediately. The successful candidate will work full-time *Position Details* * *Full-time position* * *Monday?Friday (schedule may vary)* *Key Responsibilities* Duties include, but are not limited to: * Communicating with patients (including answering phones in a professional and timely manner) * Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments * Performing reception and front-desk duties * Preparing and assisting with exam rooms * Managing general administrative office tasks * Processing private billings * Handling fax communications (FaxTake or similar systems) * Scanning and organizing medical documents * Triaging patients appropriately *Qualifications & Skills* * Previous *Medical Office Assistant (MOA) experience* required * Familiarity with *OSCAR EMR* is an asset * Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment * Excellent organizational and time-management skills * Professional and respectful when interacting with patients and healthcare professionals * Reliable, dependable, and flexible with scheduling * Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional growth *What We Offer* * Supportive and collaborative team environment Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $25.00 per hour Benefits: * Extended health care * On-site parking Work Location: In person- Location Victoria, BC
