Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Requisition food and kitchen supplies. Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures. Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation . Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards. Prepare food order summaries for chef. Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys. Keep records of the quantities of food used. Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
