The Warehouse Associate supports both office and warehouse operations by managing emails, scheduling pickups, replenishing stock, and assisting with orders and deliveries. This role combines strong administrative skills with hands-on warehouse support to keep daily operations running smoothly. *Responsibilities:* Administration (80%) * Address emails. * Schedule third party pickups. Warehouse (20%) * Replenish stock accurately into specific bins. * Organize outbound orders in accordance with the order picking processes. * Assist the delivery teams to ensure all orders are accounted for. * Facilitate customer pick-ups with a friendly and solution-oriented approach. * Maintain a strong and trustful relationship with third party carriers. * Other duties as required. *Qualifications & Requirements:* * High School Diploma or equivalent. * Proficient in Microsoft Office. * Able to lift 75 lbs. * Flexibility with shift changes and overtime requirements as per operational needs. *Experience:* * 1 year of Warehouse experience. * Administration experience is an asset.
