Western Zone is seeking two (2) Psychiatrists to join the team at Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital in Stephenville, NL. These positions are among eight (8) responsible for Psychiatry Services at the hospital. The positions require demonstrated experience working within an interprofessional practice model and in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Experience working with patients with complex needs and treatment resistance is considered an asset. On-call is scheduled on an equitable basis with other members of the Discipline.Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital is a 44-bed acute care centre in Western Newfoundland, delivering a broad range of secondary and select tertiary services to the Bay St. George region.Work EnvironmentStephenville and the Bay St. George region offer an exceptional quality of life.
