Responsibilities: - Prepare sushi and sashimi nigiri according to recipes and quality standards - Ensure proper food handling and sanitation procedures are followed - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or sashimi position - Knowledge of sushi, sashimi, nigiri preparation techniques and ingredients. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent knife skills and attention to detail - Strong communication and teamwork skills If you have a passion for sushi and enjoy working in a dynamic kitchen environment, we would love to hear from you.
