Located on the beautiful Bonavista Peninsula in Newfoundland and Labrador, our practices prioritize patient comfort, quality service, and community well-being. *Summary* Join our team as a Dental Hygienist at Shoal Harbour Family Dental or Bonavista Family Dental in Clarenville. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional oral health care and promoting healthy smiles within our community. *Responsibilities* * Perform dental hygiene procedures including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth. * Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care. * Assist dentists during examinations and treatments. * Maintain accurate patient records using our practice management software. * Manage appointment scheduling and patient follow-up. * Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed. * Support the overall efficiency of the dental practice. * Provide excellent customer service to all patients. * *Qualifications* * Valid Dental Hygienist license for the province of Newfoundland. * Proficiency in Tracker dental management software. * Strong communication and patient education skills. * Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. * Knowledge of infection control standards and procedures. * Previous experience in a family or general dental practice is advantageous. * 40% commission or you can negotiate an hourly wage.
