We are committed to creating a safe, engaging, and educational space for children to learn and thrive. *Position Summary* We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Early Childhood Assistant (ECA) to support our educators in providing a high-quality childcare program. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with children and committed to fostering a positive learning environment. *Key Responsibilities* * Assist in the implementation of age-appropriate programs and activities * Support children?s emotional, physical, and social development * Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment * Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities * Assist with daily routines such as meals, toileting, and rest periods * Communicate effectively with team members and families * Follow all licensing regulations and centre policies *Qualifications* * ECA certificate or relevant experience in childcare * Knowledge of child development principles * Valid First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) * Clear Vulnerable Sector Check * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Reliable, patient, and nurturing attitude Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental care * On-site parking * Paid time off Work Location: In person- Location Mississauga, ON
