*We?re Hiring: Excavation Labourer* *Full-Time* Hard work, teamwork, and a solid start ? build your career from the ground up. We?re looking for a reliable Excavation Labourer to join our field crew. If you?re physically strong, safety-minded, and enjoy hands-on outdoor work, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills in construction and excavation. *What You?ll Do:* * Assist with digging, trenching, and clearing work areas * Use hand tools (shovels, picks, rakes) to support excavation tasks * Help machine operators with setup, movement, and site prep * Load and unload gravel, sand, and construction materials * Keep the site clean, safe, and organized * Set up and dismantle temporary structures and safety barriers * Follow all safety procedures and report hazards immediately *What We?re Looking For:* * Physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs for manual labour * Experience in construction or excavation (asset, not required) * Comfortable working outdoors in all weather * Positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork mindset * Able to follow direction and complete tasks safely and efficiently *Why Join Us?* Be part of a crew that values trust, safety, and quality work.
