Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Maintain and manage growth of vines, vine canopy and grapes. Plant, cultivate and irrigate crops. Sort, pack, crate and package materials and products. Perform general farm duties. Mix and prepare soils. Assist in pruning trees, shrubs and plants. Load, unload and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment. Clean and maintain work space. Type of crops: Grapes. Type of logging: Thinning. Experience: Experience an asset. Support for youths: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth. Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth.
