*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our reputable dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring a comfortable and positive experience. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with access to advanced dental technology and support staff. The Associate Dentist will be responsible for diagnosing, treatment planning, and performing a wide range of dental procedures while maintaining excellent patient care standards. *Responsibilities* * Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments using digital tools and diagnostic equipment. * Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences. * Perform various dental procedures including restorations, extractions, root canals, crowns, and preventive care. * Utilize dental software such as Paradigm for charting, scheduling, and documentation. * Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and office staff to ensure seamless patient care. * Educate patients on oral health practices, treatment options, and post-treatment care instructions. * Maintain accurate medical and dental records, adhering to confidentiality standards. * Stay current with advancements in dentistry by participating in continuing education opportunities. *Qualifications* * DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution. * Valid state license to practice dentistry. * Experience with dental office management software , familiarity with Paradigm is an asset. * Knowledge of pediatric dentistry is preferred but not required. * Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to dentistry. * Experience working in a busy dental office environment is highly desirable. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and reassure patients effectively.
