We are committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that supports each child's spiritual, social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. *Position Summary* We are seeking a passionate and dedicated *Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE)* to join our team. The successful candidate will create meaningful learning experiences, build strong relationships with children and families, and contribute to a positive, Christ-centered workplace culture. *Responsibilities* * Plan and implement developmentally appropriate programs based on the interests and needs of children. * Foster a warm, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment. * Support children's social, emotional, physical, cognitive, and spiritual growth. * Maintain open and professional communication with families. * Observe, document, and assess children's learning and development. * Ensure compliance with all licensing requirements, health and safety regulations, and centre policies. * Work collaboratively with team members to provide exceptional care and education. * Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and centre events. *Qualifications* * Registered and in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators. * Diploma in Early Childhood Education. * Current Standard First Aid and CPR-C certification. * Valid Vulnerable Sector Check. * Strong knowledge of Ontario's _How Does Learning Happen?_ framework. * Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. * A passion for working with children and supporting families. *Preferred Qualities* * Alignment with Christian values and a willingness to contribute positively to a faith-based environment. * Positive attitude, flexibility, and a heart for serving children and families. * Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative spirit. *To Apply* Please submit your resume and cover letter outlining your qualifications and experience. *YES Kids Christian Childcare Centre is committed to creating an inclusive workplace and welcomes applications from qualified candidates of all cultural backgrounds. * Pay: $25.86 per hour Work Location: In person
