Position available for a part-time pharmacy assistant _*Recent pharmacy experience is recommended but not mandatory *_ Previous recent pharmacy experience is a great assist . Must be comfortable with inputting and processing prescriptions and billing to insurances. Friendly, energetic and able to work well with others. Requirements · Strong command of the English language (required) . Can communicate in different language(s) (Recommended) · Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills (required) · Experience with Kroll software (recommended) · compounding experience or interest in compounding (Recommended) Responsibilities & purpose of this job · accurately input prescription information, fill and dispense medications, cashing out patients/customers · dealing with insurance companies · communicating with doctors and other medical staff · helping and communicating with patients/customers for their prescription and OTC needs · filing documentation and record maintenance · ordering and receiving prescription and OTC stock · compliance packaging · basic computer skills such as word, Excel processing · maintenance, organization, and any other pharmacy and pharmacist supportive functions · ensuring orderly pharmacy work environment \*\*please include your LINKEDIN profile link\*\* Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $18.00 per hour Benefits: * Company events * Flexible schedule * On-site parking * Paid time off * Profit sharing * Store discount Application question(s): * DO YOU LIVE IN GUELPH ? * What is your high school name ? * Please provide your lLINKEDIN profile link * Can you legally work in Ontario?
