That?s why we?re committed to creating an environment where all are welcomed, safe, valued, and empowered to achieve their full potential. * We are currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented *Customer Service Representative (CSR)* to join our team! *The Customer Service Representative (CSR) reports directly to the Distribution Manager and is responsible for maintaining customer accounts, receiving and processing orders, in addition to providing day-to-day general administrative support to the Order Desk and Sales team. * *Primary Roles and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:* * Accurately process customer orders (data entry). * Answer customer phone calls and emails. * Prepare invoices, pick tickets, labels, and shipping documents. * Review orders and invoicing for accuracy. * Follow up on any order discrepancies, shortages, product availability, or delivery concerns. * Assist in scheduling and coordination of order pickups and deliveries. * Direct liaison between sales, production, and distribution team to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately, and on schedule. * Provide administrative support to the Sales team including; documentation, reporting, and maintaining vendor/customer account information. *Qualifications & Experience* * 1-3 years general office administration & support. * 1-2 years of customer service, order entry, or inside sales experience. * Experience working in manufacturing, distribution, food production, or wholesale environment is considered an asset. * Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is preferred. * Post secondary education in Business Administration or equivalent is preferred, but not required *Skills & Competencies* * Proficient with Microsoft Office (outlook, excel) * Strong attention to detail * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively * Experience working with ERP systems is considered an asset * Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment * Customer service oriented with strong communication skills *Other Information* *Schedule:* Permanent, full time (Monday ?
