Qualifications: \*Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin is considered an asset. \* Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator, admin Team lead or in a similar role. \* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. \* Proficiency in dental practice management software (e.g., OPEN DENTAL). \* Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and compliance regulations. \* Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems effectively. \* Passion for delivering outstanding patient experiences.
