Divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots. Organize tasks to accomplish the work. Assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures. Maintain financial and production records. Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Maintain quality control and production records. Maintain work records and logs. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Perform general farm duties. Check products and packaging for basic quality defects. Supervision: 5-10 people. Type of production art: Product packaging. Type of heavy equipment operated: Loader. Equipment and machinery experience: Forklift. Hand tools. Farm truck. Skidsteer.
