Kognitive Sales Solutions is hiring In-Store Brand Ambassadors across Canada to represent one of the country's most trusted financial brands inside major retail locations. This is a people-first role where your ability to engage, educate, and inspire action makes all the difference.</p><p><b><strong>Responsibilities</strong></b></p><ul><li>Engage customers directly on the retail floor and share the benefits of our client's financial product(Credit Cards) in a clear, relatable way</li><li>Listen to customers' needs and guide them toward a product that genuinely fits their lifestyle</li><li>Become the in-store expert so customers and store staff look to you as the go-to resource</li><li>Drive brand awareness, advocacy, and new customer acquisition through meaningful one-on-one conversations</li><li>Deliver a consistently outstanding customer experience from first hello to completed application</li><li>Find creative, authentic ways to approach and engage customers throughout the day</li><li>Build strong working relationships with store teams across your assigned locations</li><li>Handle customer information with professionalism and a high standard of confidentiality</li><li>Flex across multiple store locations within your region as business needs require</li></ul><p><b><strong>Compensation</strong></b></p><ul><li>Base wage $15.90/hr plus uncapped commission</li><li>Permanent full-time or part-time positions available</li><li>Flexible schedule Monday through Sunday, 9am to 9pm</li></ul><p>We thank all applicants for their interest; only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
