Job description: *Job Title:* Health Care Aide *Location:* Rideau Ferry Country Home Retirement Residence Position Summary: The Health Care Aide is responsible for providing personal care and support services to residents in a safe, respectful, and efficient manner, in accordance with the Home?s policies and procedures. Schedule: * We are looking for two individuals to fill either the day time shift or evening shift * Day shifts: 6:30 AM ? 2:30 PM * Evening shifts: 2:30 PM-10:30 PM * Ability to work weekdays and weekends required. Requirements: * Must have a valid Canadian work permit * Must be able to reliably commute to the residence location * Must complete all required onboarding and recurring training requirements Key Responsibilities: * Provide personal care and services to residents as needed * Complete scheduled care tasks and accurately document the assistance provided * Follow all workplace policies, procedures, and safety standards * Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary work and storage areas * Perform other duties as assigned Job Type: Permanent Pay: $19.00-$19.50 per hour Work Location: In person- Location Perth, ON
